Privacy

Underworks does not share, sell, or expose under any circumstances it's customer information.
The privacy of our customers is respected at all cost. Packaging for all shipments are standard
courier envelopes or paks. The invoice shows shipping from Simple Solutions, Inc. 

 

The Site

The homepage links to all departments at Underworks through navigation buttons available at
the top of every page at the navigation table. These buttons contain an image and the title for the
department it will take you to.

Each department has a Table of Contents we call the index.  The index contains all the items or
styles within the department and order selection can be made from the index. By clicking on the
image of the item  in the index, you will be taken to the product details page where a larger
image appears. Description of  the product including fabric contents, sizes available, color
and price are on the right side of the image.

To order simply click on the pull-down menus and choose the desired size, color and quantity.
Then click on the
add to my cart button and  the selections will automatically be added.
Your shopping is not interrupted by needing to view your cart every time you make a selection.

To view your cart anytime, simply click on the shop cart button on the navigation table.

To checkout, simply click on the same button or on the checkout button.

If you would like more information about the site, the company, or a product, click on the help
button on the navigation table. You will be taken to a form and you can type your requests and
we will promptly reply with the information.

From each index page, clicking the next button takes you to the first page of a tour that will
take you through all the pages within the department.


Ordering

The secure online shopping cart system can be accessed from any page by clicking the
shop cart button at the navigation table on top of all pages. Once ready to checkout, simply click
on the
checkout button to view all your selections.  Changes to quantity ordered can be made
from the shopping cart screen. Shipping charges and taxes if applicable are shown, and you will
have the option of choosing your desired shipping service. Sensitive information such as
credit card numbers are taken in a secure mode, which encrypts your information so as to protect
it from being viewed by a third party.

If you would like to mail, fax, or call in your order, the shopping cart system gives you the option
to do so as well.   Simply go through the shop cart process and you will be able to print your order
to fax, mail or call in. You may phone in your order to our automated order desk, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, Toll free.
Live support is available from Monday to Friday, 12PM-6PM Eastern 
Standard Time. We also offer a form to download or print to mail and fax .

Payment Options     

Credit card transactions may be processed in several ways. You may submit your credit card
information online with your order. You may also fax this information to (305) 668-1770,
call-in the information to the automated order desk at (800) 242-4224 (live support -
Monday to Friday, 12PM-6PM Eastern Standard Time), or ask for a call back either by
email or at our automated order desk. Underworks guarantees all calls made to the
automated desk are secure. These options are all available at the checkout screen.
Underworks accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card/Novus.

Paypal is a payment service on the internet readily accepted at Underworks.  An account with
Paypal is required to use their service.  The Paypal option is available at checkout.  Underworks
Paypal account id is paypal@underworks.com. 

Underworks also accepts Online Checks.  Online Checks like personal check require several
days for clearing prior to shipping. This is done by submitting information right from
your personal check. This option will be offered once you checkout with the shop cart system.

If your would like to mail your check or money order,  please do so to Underworks at the above
supplied address. Please allow several days for personal checks and online checks to clear.
We do not ship on C.O.D. terms. A $25.00 charge is assessed for returned checks.

 

Shipping and Handling

We try to stock every size and color for all the items we carry.  If the item you ordered is
not in stock, it would take 7-14 days to ship.  In stock items are shipped within 24 hours
not including holidays and weekends.

If you prefer that a signature not be required,  you may state this at the message box when
checking out.  Waiving the signature requirement at delivery constitutes responsibility for the
package when left by the carrier.  Carriers can leave your package in the mailbox (USPS only),
or in front of your door, or anywhere you ask provided instructions are written in the checkout
message box when placing the order.  Underworks reserves the right to require a signature unless
otherwise waived at checkout.

We have a flat fee charge for the shipping and handling of your order.

The following charges are based on regular packaging and shipping with United Parcel Service
or the Postal Service to all points in the USA and protectorates.

$10.01  -  25.00 = $5.00
$25.01  -  50.00 = $6.75 
$50.01  -100.00 = $8.00
add $2.00 for every $50.00


2nd Business Day Air service within Continental United States -

All Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping requests do not apply to weekends and holidays.  
Orders dispatched on Friday arrive on Monday for overnight service and Tuesday for 2nd Day
service.  Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional $75.00 charge.  This
service is not guaranteed and service is not applicable to all zip codes.

*Service vary from country to country, you will be notified of any changes. Foreign customs
 may delay arrival of packages. All customs duties are to be paid by the buyer.

Florida residents please add 7% sales tax.

No regular ground shipping charges on Weight Loss and Dietary Supplements. Next day and 
2nd day services are available. Charges apply, see product page.

Note on special discount offers - When free shipping is offered, the order is shipped via regular
USA ground service either with UPS, Fedex or the US Postal Service.

Warranties and Returns

Underworks warranties all items under the following conditions:
If not satisfied with your purchase or the item is soiled or defective simply return the item to the
address supplied on the invoice within 15 days of receipt of merchandise with a copy of the
invoice and instructions to return or exchange for another item. The item must be in new condition,
with all tags attached, and in the original packaging it was shipped.

To request an exchange for another model or a different size or color, please send the items back to:

Please include a copy of this invoice and a note indicating the exact model,
size, color and quantity required in exchange.

If the items requested are of greater value, please include instructions on how you would like to be
billed for the difference. When exchanging for items of lesser value, the difference is refunded to the
original account used when the order was placed.

We offer free regular shipping of your exchanged items to you within the USA.
International exchanges are processed for a $12.00 shipping fee. Please include billing information
for this fee when doing an international exchange. If you paid with Paypal, please include a payment
receipt for $12.00 paid to paypal@underworks.com. We do not cover the cost of shipping to return
the item to us. Use the service and carrier of your choice. We do not accept packages shipped freight 
collect or freight bill recipient. 


Please note, we do not credit the original shipping charges. Regular shipping charges
are deducted from amount credited on returned orders processed under "free shipping"
offers.
 

Intimate garments are defined as garments with a crotch such as  panties, briefs, panty girdles, bottoms.
These are not returnable once tried on or worn. Please pay close attention to size when
ordering your intimate Underworks item. Weight Loss products and all dietary supplements
are not returnable once opened.
