My experience
Ok so Im a pretty small trans guy 5'2 130 lb and a medium fit was pretty good except for a bir of a gap on the sleeve in the shoulder blade area (i measured appropriately and couldnt fit a small) it binds hips and chest prettt naturally, so not like a dramatic flat effect; More natural look and looks great underneath shirts besides a bit of outline on some materials.
My issue was how HARD it was to get on when i tell you i was out of breath when i finally got it on. I know they say to step into it but my ass was a bit too big to just slide into.
I previously had orher binders, and this one is made pretty well, binding material all the way down and is pretty comfortable and doesnt restrict movement and breathing.

Amazing
I broke my back and bought one of these to see if it would help with support while not in my back brace.  I absolutely love it.  Have already purchased more.

amazing shirt
If you are looking for a tight fitting compression shirt this is it.  I ordered this to replace my old shirt from here and decided to try something a bit different.  all I can say is WOW!  I can wear a medium sized t-shirt and no one would ever know I carry some extra pounds.

Very comfortable!
I've tried all three (Compression Bodysuit, Tanksuit and Body Shirt). They're all the same from the waist up, very comfortable and all have their advantages.

Compression Bodysuit - I found the most comfortable. I think I'll get the one without the zipper next time, I found it's easier to just pull down. Pulling it down wasn't nearly as weird as I thought it would be in a public facility.

Compression Tanksuit - If sit-down business is your primary concern, then you'll want to get the Tanksuit. The snaps make this real easy. I did find the snaps awkward when I had stand-up business though and opted to use the stall. If you are more concerned about stand-up business, then go with the Bodysuit for its fly!

Compression Body Shirt - If you are worried about both situations, then go with the Compression Body Shirt. It's just as comfortable and has plenty of length for tucking (and I'm 6'1"). I'm not too worried that it would become untucked, but I do like that there's no way for the suits to become untucked.

BEST by far
I have tried several companies with similar shirts... this is by far the very best.  Looks good, doesn't ride up.  Great compression.  This one really does the job.
