Underworks does not share, sell, or expose under any circumstances it's customer information. There are no cookies on our site. The privacy of our customers is respected at all cost.
Ordering
From the product page, select the item by clicking on the checkbox.
Select the quantity from the pulldown list by clicking the arrow
beside the box.
To submit your order click Order and the contents of your cart will be shown
at the shopcart checkout counter.
You may also phone in your order to our automated order desk, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, Toll free.
The mail
and fax ordering system is also available with the shopcart.
simply place your order through the system and the shopcart will ask you for a
payment option in which you may choose to mail or fax the order. A receipt
will be printed, and you would simply mail a copy to us. We also offer an online
order form that you could print and mail at the fax
or mail page.

Payment Options
Credit card transactions may be
processed in several ways. You may submit your credit card
information online with your order. You may also fax this information or you may ask for a
call
back either by email or at our automated order desk. Underworks accepts Visa, MasterCard
and American Express, and Online Checks. This is done by submitting information right from
your personal check. This option will be offered once you checkout with the shop cart
system.
If you prefer to send a check or a money order, please do so to Underworks
at the above supplied address. Please allow several days for personal checks
to clear. We do not ship on C.O.D. terms.
We have a flat fee charge for the shipping and handling of your order.
The following charges are based on regular packaging and shipping with United Parcel Service or the Postal Service wihtin the Continental United States.
$5.00 per order. No shipping charges on orders above $75.00.

Warranties and Returns
Underworks warranties all items under the following
conditions.
The items will be exchanged at no charge if
damaged or deffective.
A return ticket number must be a requested within
5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Directions and warnings are found on every product label and literature included with the shipment. Please pay close attention to dosages and frequency. If in doubt, please contact your physician.
