I’m 5-8, 185 lbs, 42 in chest, I ordered a Medium based on the size chart and I couldn’t even get my legs into it. Happily it was exchanged for a Large with no problem, it takes a good amount of effort, tugging and pulling to get it on, it’s tight, but it’s a good tight, once on it feels great. My job as a truck driver, I sit for very long periods and I was having back, hip and leg pain, I tried high waisted support briefs, which did help, but the waist band would roll and slip down, I had to repeatedly pull them up which was annoying and uncomfortable. This bodysuit works fantastic, it’s comfortable to wear for long periods, the back support and leg compression eliminated my pain. The pouch and horizontal fly opening is better than any briefs/underwear I ever worn. The only improvement I could suggest is to make the arm holes a little bigger, it would help getting in and out of this bodysuit easier. I have 3 now, I’m going to order more.

I purchased this a little to early in my weight loss journey.  After 4 months, I was finally able to fit (L) on my body, and it's really great.  It really tightens things up top to bottom, feels very comfortable.  My chest is much flatter, my overall profile is noticeably improved and my confidence has never been better.  Using while at the gym is no issue.  I highly recommend.  Male/5'10/240lbs

I’ve tried many many many man-spanx and these, so far, are my favorite; keeps everything in place and are the more comfortable than many. Some full body compression garments make you look you’re wearing a maternity nursing bra with peculiar lines running all under your clothes - but not these. I have a drawer full of compression wear and this one is my favorite - I have ordered several. If you can’t go in public with a T-shirt because God gave you the same torso as Ursula the Sea Witch - you need this. This one is the one to get. Many are much more expensive and look much less natural. This makes me feel able to run around outside in a T-shirt and basketball shorts without panic/personal shame attacks. This one. Get this one. Much better than even the $300 surgical grade suits. Although nothing beats surgery and exercise; I wish I would have told myself about this one a long time ago.
