Underworks® Free Shipping Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Simple Solutions, Inc. dba Underworks® offers FREE Standard Ground Shipping on qualifying orders of $99.00 or more shipped within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and to APO/FPO addresses, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum Purchase Requirement: Orders must total $99.00 or more in merchandise after all applicable discounts and promotional offers have been applied. Sale and closeout merchandise qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Shipping charges and applicable taxes do not count toward the $99.00 minimum.
2. Eligible Destinations: Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders shipped to addresses within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses.
3. Shipping Method: Qualifying orders will be shipped using standard ground or other applicable economy shipping services, typically through UPS or USPS. Underworks® reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service at its discretion.
4. Shipping Origin and Delivery Times: Orders ship from Miami, Florida. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and other factors. Transit times may take up to 10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
5. Promotion Selection: Customers must select the Free Ground Shipping option during checkout to receive the promotion. The offer cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed using another shipping option.
6. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping services are not included in this promotion and are subject to additional charges. Please refer to our Domestic Shipping page for available shipping options and details.
7. International Orders: This promotion does not apply to international destinations other than Puerto Rico and eligible APO/FPO addresses. Please refer to our International Shipping page for additional information.
8. Returns Affecting Free Shipping Eligibility: If merchandise from an order that originally qualified for free shipping is returned, and the value of the merchandise retained falls below $99.00, an $8.50 standard shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. This adjustment applies only to returns that reduce the retained merchandise value below the promotional minimum.
9. Promotion Terms: Underworks® reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted under the promotion.
