Helped me get my figure back
I had twins via c section and started wearing this girdle on day 5. It really helped everything go back in place. I still wear it for a slimming effect when I want to wear tighter clothing.

Step into garment and pull up like a regular brief. First zip down the zipper and fasten tab onto Velcro closure. Adjust for comfort. Next, zip up right zipper and fasten Velcro tab.
