It has the right compression in the stomach area and is lighter in the chest which is what I wanted. It does help to use powder before trying to put this shirt on. As an example, if I am wearing this, I can fit into a smaller shirt that would normally strain the buttons - and the shirt will actually stay tucked in and won't strain when I sit down. As an added bonus, I have found that wearing this shirt gives my back some support, which allows me to stand for longer periods of time without getting a sore back. It has the right compression in the stomach area and is lighter in the chest which is what I wanted. It does help to use powder before trying to put this shirt on. I ordered XL and it fits perfectly, his usual size is 2XL.

I usually wear 3x shirts. Based on reviews and research, I purchased this in 2x and that's the right size for me. The shirt doesn't completely hide my "girth" but it does help compress things a bit. As an example, if I am wearing this, I can fit into a smaller shirt that would normally strain the buttons - and the shirt will actually stay tucked in and won't strain when I sit down. As an added bonus, I have found that wearing this shirt gives my back some support, which allows me to stand for longer periods of time without getting a sore back. I tried a few other brands of compression shirts in addition to this one. They are all equally uncomfortable and difficult to put on, and this one provided the best compression for me - so much so that I purchased a second shirt so that I could rotate them through the laundry.

I've lost about 25 lbs and have just a few more lbs to go before reaching my goal weight. I've tried other compression shirts and they've worked "okay" to smooth out my remaining stomach and love handles. This shirt is very well made. It was a little hard to get on the first time but the compression is top notch. I will be buying a few more!

Wow this just what I needed I have A hernia from a old appendix removal And needed support from the incisional hernia I got from working great support comfy I work outdoors and and sweat a lot this breath really well compared to others I have tried even big national brand compression shirts

Very good for loose skin after weight loss
I'm losing weight while waiting for bariatric surgery. My skin begins to loosen and bothers me, this shirt is perfect for keeping the skin in place. Surely I will have to buy a smaller one for when I get to my ideal weight! :)

Great support
Product fits as expected. This is the 3rd one I have ordered so I knew the proper size. Really holds my stomach in tight and my umbilical hernia. Once I knew the right size I decided to have enough to rotate wearing, especially in the summer heat.

Love it
Exactly what I needed. Recovering from abdominal surgery and needed extra support. Ordered one size smaller. Easy to slip on over legs and upward, but you need a relatively thin frame to do this. Otherwise, pulling it on over your head is a challenge.

These garments changed my life!
These undergarments are absolutely amazing! Been wearing Underworks products for years! They are the de facto when it comes to men's shape wear! I am a 2xl without the shape wear. But with it I can wear a large! With these undergarments I no longer have to shop in the big and tall section!!! AMEN!!!!!!!!

Gives support to stomach and back that doesn't pinch.
Bought several of these for my older brother who suffers from hernias for added support. Now wears them daily for back support as well. They've become my go to birthday gift for him since he's so hard to shop for!
